Jackie Monoson (she/her) is an independent Filmmaker, Producer, Casting Director and Visual Artist based in Brooklyn, NY.
Jackie’s work in film has been recognized by festivals and streaming platforms globally, including upcoming SXSW Film Festival (Sinner Supper Club, 2026), Academy Awards-qualifying Hollyshorts Film Festival, Slamdance Film Festival, Hulu, PBS, Shudder and ReelShorts. Jackie received her BFA in Studio Art from New York University. Lately, she is most excited about creative casting on unique, genre-bending independent film and TV. She cites her grandmother and fellow family-historian, Gilda, as her greatest inspiration.
